Been on a kick of vintage Japanese amplifiers lately. Its a whole unknown chapter for me. Amazing machines tha are both familiar and unique. After doing this for 25 years, I find joy in finding new things and ways that I didn’t know about. A big thank you to for helping introduce some of these to me.

Time to relive my youth. This was one of my top ten concerts of all time. The VHS tape doesn’t do it justice. Still love every minute. Others in my top ten would be Zz Top w/ Flogging Molly at the House of Blues, X w/ Social Distortion at Irvine Meadows, Willie Nelson at Coachhouse, Psychedelic Furs w/ Squeeze at the Sound, Los Lobos at Humphries, Steely Dan in Nashville, Bad Religion in a backyard party around 1989, New York Dolls w/Supersuckers at BellyUp, and lastly seeing Peter Frampton in Nashville. I have may others I want to add to my top ten list, Marc Ford, Royal Crown Review, Dave and Deke, POTUSA, Vandals, Mike Watt, GBH, Neil Young, Pearl Jam, etc etc etc. I been lucky to have been able to go to so many concerts. Go see live music. Support bands.

I was discussing this with some friends over the weekend and thought I should share again. A few years back, a person decided that this was the comment they needed to share to me, about my guitar playing in a reel that I posted. A lovely gentleman offered to make a poster of it for me, so I have it having on the wall of my shop. Its a reminder that some people will say sh*tty things, but not to let it get to me. I love what I do. I am proud of what I do. I am honored by each and every single person that has played or bought one of my products. Never let the haters win.
