CleanTrek Trekking pole attachments that empower you to remove litter from nature. Why do so many nature lovers ignore litter?

On a 2021 hike in Yosemite, I realized the problem: we lack the right tools. No wants to interrupt their hike to bend over and touch someone else's dirty garbage, and carrying awkward gear isn't a great option either. That's why I had the idea to connect attachments - the Grabber and Collector - to trekking poles, which many hikers already enjoy using. CleanTrek's mission is to empower hikers to c

WE DID IT!!! CleanTrek is 100% funded on Kickstarter as of this morning! Thank you to all the supporters who made this possible—I can't wait to see these litter cleanup tools out on the trails this spring!

A little behind-the-scenes look into our trip up to Yosemite for this year’s Yosemite Facelift! Had a great time sharing our litter cleanup tools and soaking up the beautiful scenery 🏞️

Even outside of the event, I was on a hike with my wife and got stopped 3 times by people interested in our products!

Had a great time at this year’s Yosemite Facelift event! Got to demo the products, meet some amazing environmental stewards, and spread the word about our Kickstarter! It’s official, folks: CleanTrek’s Kickstarter just went live! For the first time ever, our litter cleanup tools for hikers are available for purchase!

CleanTrek’s mission is simple: lower the barrier to picking up litter while hiking, by making the process more convenient and enjoyable. CleanTrek’s tools blend into your hiking setup, giving you the tools you need to take action, without interrupting your hike.

If you’re unfamiliar with Kickstarter, it’s a crowdfunding platform where you pledge money in exchange for rewards, such as CleanTrek’s litter cleanup tools. If I reach the funding goal, I’ll pay the manufacturer and start production. If not, you get your money back. It’s basically a pre-order system that helps cover launch expenses up front.
