Include your name, address and email (to send donation acknowledgment).

CASF suports San Diego youth arts and sports organizations while providing scholarships to deserving individuals. By doing community service, kids earn CASF grants for the very basics––things like sports equipment and shoes, musical instruments, art supplies and camps.
