The cycle continues!! The springtails are visibly making quick work of the mold and the water tanks with tanins. Snails have been making themselves at home and the moss spores are waking up.

There are aquatic, semi-aquatic, and tropical terrestrial plants that will thrive in the 80-98% humidity and 77 degrees temperature!! 🥰

Brief plant tour.
Now that all intended plants are placed, I present the beginning of this new jungle paludarium environment. In several months there will be tons more mosses and such but the moss culture has only just been planted. By then all other plants will have grown significantly.
There are aquatic, semi-aquatic, and tropical terrestrial plants adorning this 75 gallon environment.
Stay tuned for periodic growth updates!!! 🤓

Another creation done by Deep Creek Tropicals. A 125 gallon tank which ended up being a goldfish tank for ryukin goldfish in which I planted Amazon swords, anubias, and some lilies. It was glorious. I kept it in my office but having an office tank can be a pretty large commitment...
