Freezer friendly food prep: Breakfast burritos 🌯

Target haul turned protein packed ready to go breakfast using HoldOn Compostable Sandwich Bags (available online at Target)

Makes 8 burritos:
- 12 eggs
- 8 large flour tortillas
- Shredded mexican cheese
- Turkey sausage or pork sausage
- Seasonings to taste

Wrap each burrito in parchment paper, place in bag and put in the freezer for up to 3 months Enjoy! 🧊

Freezer friendly food prep: Smoothie bags 🍓🫐🎯

We’re turning this week’s haul into ready to blend smoothie packs using HoldOn Compostable Zipseal Sandwich Bags (available online at Target)

Strawberry Banana Smoothie:
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
• 1/2 cup or handful of spinach
• 1 tbsp flax seeds
• 1 tbsp chia seeds

Blueberry Banana Smoothie:
• 1/2 banana
• 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
• 1/2 cup or handful of spinach
• 1 tbsp flax seeds
• 1 tbsp chia seeds

Freeze for up to 3 months. When ready to blend, add 1.5 cups milk of choice (add more if you prefer it more liquidy). Optional additions: protein powder of choice!
