Just released a new feature for our loyal regulars - get an ongoing discount on our new SUBSCRIPTION option through the online shop :-) we appreciate all of your support, especially during this past year, and hope to continue cooking up beans for you!!

Current subscription offerings include our Brazil Ipe, Honduras San Jacinto and Mexico Decaf (the Honduras Copan is limited in supply and reaching the end, so no subscription option there 😭)

Cupping coffee is a tasting technique used by buyers and producers all around the world. It allows us to check the quality of a batch of coffee. Just like wine, coffee is graded and scored on various categories such as aroma, sweetness, acidity, mouthfeel, and aftertaste. We recently cupped some new profiles of a Guatemalan and Ethiopian from and can't wait to share it with you all - if you are interested in learning more about cupping, we highly recommend checking out or for guidelines and procedures!

A quick update on the business front - we are hoping to launch online sales in the next couple weeks, and just applied for some business loans to get our roasting operation in full swing. One of the biggest challenges we are having as a small roaster is developing coffee that is palatable for all brew types... there are a lot!!
