Hot take: You don't need two weeks off to have a great adventure. You need a rig that's ready to roll the second you clock out on Friday.

Load the bikes, throw the camper on, and you're in the woods before sunset. Coffee at camp Saturday morning. Home Sunday night, showered, unpacked, ready and recharged for Monday.

We do this because we were once also very tired of saying "someday."

Someday when the kids are older. Someday when work slows down. Someday we'll finally use all that PTO and go somewhere. Eventually we realized someday just meant not now, and not now was turning into never—so we started using campers for the in-between instead.

The Tuesday nights. The "let's just go" on a weeknight. The random Saturday where, instead of doing laundry, you're 45 minutes away watching your kids fall asleep under the stars.

You don't need a plane ticket or an all-inclusive resort to feel like you got away. You just need less stuff between you and going. And that's genuinely the whole idea.

US Open recap: sun, surf, and a whole lotta good people ☀️🏄‍♂️

A few of us were lucky enough to spend the weekend watching some world-class surfing from our Scout Camper down at the US Open. Huge shoutout to everyone who stopped by, asked questions, and hopped up in the camper. This community is unmatched and we love getting to meet so many of you in person!

Our neighbors over at also hooked us up with a sweet board to ride shotgun on the camper. We’re stoked to share that we’ll have a few of their boards available in our San Diego showroom soon, so you'll be able to grab a board and a camper in the same trip.

Thanks for having us, US Open. See you next year. 🏕️🌊
