After lots of time and reflection, I have decided to close Connected by a Thread. It has changed and evolved over the years and as much as I love my craft. I do not have the time needed to put into it. I will be posting items for sale before I close the page.

Not the first book started this year, but first book finished. I have a suggested reading pile from one of Zach’s pediatricians that I am trying to make my way through between homeschooling and my own classes. This book had a lot of interesting information about how brains work and it was written in a way that was easy to understand. They offer strategies for both individuals with ADHD and those who support them, including techniques for improving focus, harnessing strengths, and fostering positive environments. The book also delves into new research on the brain’s wiring, the role of genetics, and how to effectively treat and live with ADHD in the modern world.
