Echinacea tea recipe:

1.) 1 beautiful mug or tea cup
2.) 8 oz. or enough water to fill a mug or tea cup
3.) Echinacea (1/2 cup fresh parts or 1/4 cup dried)
4.) honey

Directions:

bring water to a simmer, add echinacea fresh or dried to the water steep for 15 minutes
strain tea into mug sweeten with honey and enjoy.

3 Chamomile tea:
There are so many health benefits to this fragrant aromatic tea.

Chamomile has antispasmodic properties ( relieves involuntary muscle spasms particularly of the smooth muscle such as in the bowel wall), anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antiallergic and sedative properties.

Chamomile tea increases melatonin and serotonin levels in the body thus helping to relieve stress.

Chamomile tea's aromatic scent aides in clearing congested sinuses and it's soothing properties relieve symptoms of a sore throat.

Chamomile has so many health benefits...
helps to fight against acne, protects skin from free radical damage.

Helps prevent dandruff.

eases menstrual cramps, boosts immunity, soothes IBS, prevents allergies and rashes, helps to rid migraines and promotes sleep.

Chamomile tea recipe:

1.) 1 beautiful mug or tea cup
2.) 2 cups of water for boiling
3.) 2 teaspoons of dried Chamomile flowers
4.) 1/2 of a lemon
5.) honey

Directions:

bring water to a boil, add Chamomile flowers
when the color of the water changes and you can smell the aroma of the flowers approximately 2-5 minutes
remove from the heat squeeze 1/2 lemon and sweeten with honey and enjoy.

Ginger tea treats cough, cold, runny nose and various other respiratory problems.

Ginger tea recipe
1.) 1 beautiful mug or tea cup
2.) 2 cups of water for boiling
3.) 1/2 of 1 Medium sized Ginger root ( grated or sliced)
4.) 11/2 lemon
5.) 1/2 lemon in reserve
Directions:

boil 1/2 Ginger root and11/2 lemon for 15-20 minutes
pour Ginger water into mug or tea cup squeeze reserved 1/2 lemon into mug or tea cup sweeten with honey and enjoy.

3.) 2 tsp of dried Thyme

These next few posts are in answer to a question I was asked by a very special someone yesterday. (constant coughing)

I hope that these next few posts helps anyone who might have a similar question or concern.
