This cast brass style of morrion plate saw service amongst a multitude of Mexican military units, Active Militias, and civic militias during the era of Santa Anna. The circular center is left blank in order to allow you to customize it depending on which battalion you are portraying. Attachment will require wire attachments, just like the originals. $60 + shipping and handling.

Mexican Gorra de Cuartel
This Mexican barracks cap is based on a specimen illustrated in the 1830 painting "The Battle of Tampico". It is machine stitched blue wool with and applied wool trim. It also features a hand sewn sweatband and is stamped with a period Mexican Federal eagle using an original stamp. $40 + shipping and handling.
