In a recent interview on San Antonio's First News, Commander of the 433rd Logistics Readiness Squadron, Major Jose Barreto, shared insights drawn from years of military leadership, operational readiness, and service. His perspective highlights the importance of preparation, discipline, accountability, and the people who make every mission possible.

The conversation also explored a subject close to his heart: JROTC programs and their impact on shaping future leaders. Across the nation, these programs help students develop confidence, responsibility, teamwork, and leadership skills that extend far beyond the classroom.
