Some of you may already feel the effects of this first Mercury retrograde of 2022. It will last from 1/14 to 2/3 but the shadow period actually started 12/29/21 and will linger until 2/23/22.
External difficulties like technical problems📱💻, miscommunications and arguments😤, frustrating mishaps like losing things, and work/travel✈ disruptions are all attributed to Mercury retrograde energy.
On a more positive note, retrogrades are a good opportunity to make necessary changes. This energy calls us to slow down and reflect. Rapid or frequent changes is a reminder to stay flexible. Misunderstandings and arguments present an opportunity to be more intentional with our communication. Old habits or lessons may reappear so you can break negative cycles and take a new approach. Mercury retrograde doesn't have to be all bad ;)
