This 10% , you charge customers a 10% service charge, so you are saying you are replying to us to pay their salary. So why don't you pay your hard-working employees more money? This 10% is more than my sales taxes. I mean, do you not see a problem? You lost me as a customer. Horrible horrible business practice.
