Let’s get this thing going! As many of you know, my personal life has been having its share of downs and I’m needing to make some big changes, starting with relocating back to San Antonio, where this brand is going to kick off. Keep an eye out for me at the farmers markets and more, very, very soon!

I have a GoFundMeUp, but I’d rather work for the money to do all of this and give the people helping me something, instead of just asking for donations. In order to raise money for said changes, I’d like to offer gift certificates, redeemable the week after I get back to San Antonio or anytime after. Being as you guys are helping me out a tooooooon, these gift certificates will not have an expiration date and will be specially marked and coming with quite a few delicious freebies, once they’re redeemed.

I’m also going to be opening up for future orders. Same thing on those… I’ll start cooking the week after I’m back in SA and I’ll make sure pre-orders come with goodies!

Easter and Mother’s Day are both coming up. Both are great occasions for homemade chocolate and cheese. Just sayin.

I have the following decadent delights on the menu:

-Fudge
-Truffles (made with a delicious, tart chèvre cream cheese that I make in house, myself, and blended with white chocolate and real fruit)
-Chèvre cream cheese barrels (blended with whatever spices/chocolate/fruit/meat/idgaf of your choice)
-Neufchâtel cream cheese hearts
-Honey butter
-Pup truffles! (Dog-friendly truffles made of yogurt drops and carob, instead of chocolate, with a peanut butter core, covered in crushed up dog bones).

Flavors for everything listed above are the usual Live Deliciously way. Just tell me what you want and I’ll make it. I love a good challenge. In case you need some inspiration, see food p**n below. Just don’t make a mess.

Almost no words. This turned out fantastic.

A creamy chèvre, swirled with my fluffy, delectable 63% dark chocolate fudge, then coated in that same fudge. Great with Marias, Monets, or pretty much whatever kind of snack cracker or cookie that you want.

This is a super moist and creamy chèvre (goat cheese) with a bit of cherries and a hint of vanilla, made into a decadent aesthetic for the darkest of souls. Lol.

I call it Le Chèvre Noir.

And what’s a new year without new goals and new looks! In 2022, expect to see this brand grow significantly. It’s time to get going, for real.

And… we’re adding a bit of culture to the decadence of our brand with cheeses! Gonna have some fun.

Two more weeks to get orders in, before we're out of here. I'll be setting up shop in Boulder, hopefully, but it won't be for a bit. If you'd like some of my fudge, lemme know soon!

Also... I will be back in San Antonio for a visit in November, just in time for the holidays. If you'd like me to make an order for you and bring it back with me, I'm happy to do it. Maybe a yummy pumpkin pie fudge, made with actual pumpkin and spices? Or maybe a peppermint or peppermint mocha, topped with crushed up mints and made with real coffee. Just lemme know....
