When you have a day planned of family fun and get nothing but disgusting behavior from the establishment's "manager/owner" it makes you wonder how they are in business with so many quality establishments out there who actually appreciate your business. Belittling one's customers is not something I find that brings repeat business nor should it be tolerated.
