By Completing your payment, you are agreeing that you have read all of information listed below and agree to my polices, terms and conditions. Production will start unless the order is paid in full. Invoices are sent via email through PayPal or accept the following payment methods Cashapp, Venmo or Zelle. An order can ONLY be cancelled if I have not started work on your custom
piece and MUST be within 24hrs of when the invoice was paid.
* MY PROCESS*
My creations are custom, original, and unique. It is impossible to make an identical item or an exact replica of another artist's work. My creations may contain variation in color, style, and technique as these are unique to every crafter. There may be EXCEEDINGLY small blemishes, bubbles, dimples, or tiny rough spots. Once given the OK to proceed to the next step, this cannot be revered or changed, glitter gets everywhere. There may be a tiny random speck of glitter on your cup that migrated from myself or another project. I strive for perfection, but I am human and that is impossible. What I can guarantee is a cup that is as close to perfection as I can get.
*RETURNS AND EXCHANGES*
All items are custom made, by hand for each order. I DO NOT accept returns, except for the tiny window listed above. However, if there is a problem with your item, please contact me and we can work on a solution. It is important to note that the cup and lids are not leak proof. They must be handled upright to prevent any leakage. Handle your personalized tumbler with care and follow the care card provided. Resin is durable but not indestructible. I am not responsible for cups that are dropped, placed in the freezer, microwave, dishwasher, left in a hot car, left to soak in water, or any other situation that may compromise the integrity of the cup. Even roughly placing the cup down on a hard surface, especially with liquids making it even heavier, can cause irreparable damage. SO PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE!
*SHIPPING/IN PERSON PICK UP*
Local Pick up/ Meet Up/ Drop Off: Available for free at my discretion in the TOM GREEN COUNTY area and surrounding suburbs. SHIPPING: all items are sent via USPS Priority Mail, you can request USPS Priority Mail Express at an extra cost. Items come with insurance and tracking information. Please note the estimated date of arrival is just an estimate. Once I have shipped your item it is no longer under my control.
*PROCESSING TIME & SHIPPING*
Shipping and Processing/ Turnaround time are NOT the same thing. Items have a processing time of approximately 3-5 weeks depending on the amount of orders I am currently working on. Once the items is complete and ready to ship or pick up/drop off date, place and time will be made. DAMAGES: If an item is damaged in the shipping process please take pictures of the box, cup and send them to me with in 24hrs of delivery. I will then contact USPS. MESSAGE ME FOR MORE INFO!
