CMC Strings is new to Utah and new to ISSI 2019. We are excited to welcome them this year!

CMC Strings is a new full service violin shop in Salt Lake City! Not only are the three owner/operators all trained luthiers, but we have great ears! We believe that generally speaking, players are the most familiar with the performance of their instrument. We understand this and strive to work with players to help them pull the best sound out of their instrument. We do this through repair, restoration, and proper setup. We also have an excellent selection of instrumets for sale at all levels. As makers, we recognize quality when we see it, and work hard to provide

the highest at every playing level. You will find a great selection of Chinese violins, as well as various instruments made by local makers here in Utah. Stop by our booth for a free instrument evaluation; you'll love your instrument again!
