Traditional Chocolates

The chocolate that started it all.

I've been making chocolates for nearly a decade now. This simple date chocolate was the launchpad into what you know now of as "Two Gnomes table Chocolates."

It was out of desperation to enjoy a healthy treat that caused me to plunge into the exploration and adventure of crafting chocolate.

It was that same desperation to provide for my family while my husband went through blacksmithing and Ferrier school that caused me to make this a business.

I owe this chocolate a lot. Its more than paid me back, and I can't imagine life without it!

When you live in the coolest mountain town you meet the coolest people.

And those really cool meet you.

And they want YOU to make their chocolates.

Me. They want ME to make their chocolates. 🤯

Some of these stellar individuals are on a “chocolate subscription.” 🥰

We get along well. Managing our chocolate addictions together. 😉

That is how these hazelnut chocolates were born. One of my super special customers, but more importantly super special friends, asks for six “whatever’s” each order.

I love that!!!

So to keep it fun and spontaneous for her, I walked myself to the cutest little health food store Mountain Harvest Community Market in the cutest little town and found myself some organic, raw hazelnuts.

You always score when you go there!

Hazelnut chocolates. I don’t have to offer any explanation. They’re awesome. My husbands and my oldest sons new favorite combo. That says a lot!
