We have been working on this nice old saddle for a while. It needed a tear in the skirt patched, some skirt straightening, new fleece and new strings -- and of course lots of cleaning and conditioning. Its finally ready to go home with the C W Oliver that came in with it.

We are focusing on some regular cleanings today and getting caught up. Stay dry out there!

Hope y'all have had a great weekend and for all the fathers that y'all had a fantastic Father's Day! Today was perfect for doing stuff with horses. The weather was a bit cooler! You may recognize this saddle in the picture - it's our Phil Dunn saddle. We decided to take it back home rather than sell it. We'd miss it too much if we sold it. And, it happens to be the perfect fit for Tanner.

Thanks for keeping us busy on this balmy Saturday! It's great seeing everybody! 😊 Also - here's another saddle we finish...

Also - here's another saddle we finished up this morning. It had obviously spent a good bit of time in an outside barn/shed and needed some reshaping along with cleaning... But it's a nice little saddle and cleaned up pretty!

We finished this Lance Horner a few days ago, but I don't think I ever posted the before and afters! (If I did, I blame the heat...) We replaced a little stitching here and there on this one and laid down a couple curled corners. It's always fun to clean saddles of this quality!
