Local Welders, Small & Large Fabrication Shops
Biddy Bangs Tools is expanding a local fabrication network for a repeatable, jig-based MIG-welded steel device tied to federal and industrial supply chains.
This is paid production work, with volume scaling over time.
Before any specs, drawings, or unit pricing are shared, a simple NDA is required. Nothing exotic — just professional hygiene. If NDAs are a problem, this won’t be a fit.
Who we're looking for:
Independent welders or small fabrication shops
MIG capability; consistency matters more than speed
Ability to work from jigs and written spec
Availability for steady work, surge work, or filler runs
Production options include:
Jigs supplied as they come online
Pre-cut / pre-prepped components or
Self-supplied materials built to spec
Also interested in shops that:
Can bring additional qualified welders under their umbrella
Have idle equipment or excess capacity
Want overflow work during demand spikes
Quality & Consumables:
We strongly prefer production partners who use Biddy
Bangs Tools™ abrasives during manufacturing (cutoff wheels, wire wheels, grinding/sanding).
This is not a requirement, but it is the preferred method because:
It ensures our products are built to the quality we demand
Long consumable life controls costs for us, suppliers, and end customers
It directly affects per-unit pricing and includes a substantial price break
