We are excited to share our community partner Salida Poetry Stake's June event!

Sunday, June 21, 2026, 6 - 8:30 pm at A Church ~ Join our local poets Darci Meyers, Lawton Eddy, and Allison Wonderland, and the favorite open mic. The event includes live music by Bruce Warren. Many of our local poets' books are available for purchase at Book Club Salida.

We are thrilled to officially announce that we are turning the page on a new chapter ( ... sorry, we had to ...) and we are opening The Book Club Salida bookstore at 129 West Sackett Street in downtown Salida in March! We can't wait to bring our beloved community more books (new and used), author visits, book club meetings, kids' programming, and JOY in reading! Please keep an eye out for a Grand Opening Party!
