One of the hardest things for clients to understand is that a lash extension can still look good and still need to be removed. Because what we're looking at isn't just the extension, we're looking at where it sits on the natural lash. πŸ‘‰ The same lash can perform completely differently depending on how it's placed. A lot of us spend time looking for a better adhesive, a better primer, or a better environment, but sometimes the real issue is attachment.

1. Top Placement creates a clean, uniform look and a darker lash line.
Perfect for:
βœ” Straight to normal lashes
βœ” B, C, and D curls
βœ” Clients who love a neat, defined finish.

2. Side Placement is great for correcting lash direction.
If natural lashes grow sideways, cross over, or grow inconsistently, side placement can help create a much cleaner final result. Sometimes styling starts with placement not mapping.

3. Bottom Placement is ideal for:
βœ” Curly natural lashes
βœ” Blonde lashes
βœ” Downward-growing lashes.
A small adjustment underneath can sometimes make the entire set look more seamless.

4. Wrapping Placement is where things get interesting. Many experienced lash artists consider wrapping placement one of the biggest retention upgrades you can learn.
