💜🍋 We have a lot of new faces here, so I thought I’d reintroduce myself!

Hi, I’m Alicia, the owner of Lavender Lemon Laundry & Lifestyle! 🧺

I started Lavender Lemon as a little side hustle to help pay for my daughter’s college and it has grown into more than I ever imagined.

Today, we offer:
🧺 Residential & commercial laundry pickup and delivery
✨ Commercial cleaning
💜 Homemade laundry detergent
🍋 Simmer pot blends
…and we continue to grow!

I’m beyond thankful for every single person who has trusted us, supported us, shared our name, or followed along on this journey. What started as a way to help pay for college has truly turned into something so special.

💜🍋 Meet Georgia! 🍋💜

We’re so excited to introduce Georgia, our paid high school intern for the school year at Lavender Lemon Laundry & Lifestyle!

Georgia is heading into her senior year of high school and has already accomplished something pretty amazing…she’s a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)!

She loves antiquing and spending her free time checking out yard and estate sales. Some of her local favorites include The Southern Hanger, Pips Candy and Crafted Soda, and Mad Hatter Designs.

She has already jumped right in and helped our team in so many different ways from nannying and Home Resets to mommy’s helper and social media. She’s truly down for just about anything we throw her way, and we’re so happy to have her as part of the Lavender Lemon team!

And if you start noticing a little change or some fresh ideas on our social media… you can probably thank Georgia for that! 😉

We’re excited to give her the opportunity to learn the ins and outs of running a small business while bringing some of her own creativity and ideas to Lavender Lemon.

A little piece of history with a beautiful story. 💜🍋🧺

This vintage sprinkle bottle belonged to Elizabeth, who was born in 1900 and lived on a farm in North Carolina. In her 20s, she taught in a one-room schoolhouse—a life and time so different from the one we know today.

Elizabeth lived nearly an entire century, passing away just six weeks shy of her 100th birthday.

Before steam irons, sprinkle bottles like this were used to lightly dampen clothes before ironing. And now, more than a century after Elizabeth was born, this special piece of laundry history has found its way to Lavender Lemon Laundry & Lifestyle. 🧺

I absolutely love pieces like this not just because they're connected to laundry, but because they carry the stories of the women who used them long before us.

Thank you, Jan, for passing this beautiful piece on to me and trusting us with such a special item. It will certainly be treasured.

Today we're giving a special shout-out to two amazing helpers, Mason and Walker!

Thank you both for spending part of your summer helping your mom pick up and deliver laundry. Your hard work will definitely be missed!

We hope you enjoyed the beautiful views of the Golden Isles while making deliveries with us, and we hope you both have an incredible school year filled with learning, laughter, and success. Good luck!! We're cheering you on!

What a great weekend for Lavender Lemon Laundry & Lifestyle!

We had five laundry pickups from guests staying at different hotels while visiting the beautiful Golden Isles. Some found us with a quick Google search, while others were referred by the hotels and we couldn't be more grateful.

This weekend, we had the pleasure of serving visitors from Washington, D.C., West Virginia, Illinois, and even Korea!

Thank you for trusting us with your laundry while you enjoyed your time on beautiful Jekyll Island and throughout the Golden Isles.

If you had told me 14 months ago that Lavender Lemon Laundry & Lifestyle would grow into what it is today, I probably would've laughed.

What started as a simple laundry pickup and delivery service has become so much more than I ever imagined. Yes, it comes with long hours, stressful days, and plenty of hard work but every bit of it has been worth it. 🙌🏻🙌🏻
This business has opened doors I never thought possible. From residential and commercial laundry to commercial cleaning, and now creating our own homemade detergents, simmer pots, and so much more that's still in the works... it's been an incredible blessing.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to every single person who has supported Lavender Lemon Laundry & Lifestyle. Whether you've trusted us with your laundry, hired us to clean, shared a post, recommended us to a friend, or simply cheered us on…you've helped make this dream a reality💜
