An amazing night at our home ahead!

One of the UK’s most prolific and appreciated stewards of house — done authentic and deep — Jimpster makes his way to the studio next Thursday, October 23rd for an intimate excursion into his sonic world of dance music. True to the roots, yet always advancing the sound, we’re honored to host him for another special night of Open House Conspiracy.

So much so, we asked studio artist Danielle Cruit to use a portrait photo of the British DJ and producer to create an original piece of art during her hand-printed monotype make and take from ArtWalk last weekend. Here’s the results.

We are excited to launch our monthly Hear Me Out: a Bring Your Own Vinyl Night night at the studio! Where music lovers of all varieties with one common variable (vinyl!) can gather in community exchange.

On these nights the studio transforms into an intimate and inviting vinyl listening lounge where a community of music lovers and their found sounds get to be shared, and heard, in their full glory.

Guests are welcome to bring records from their collections to be played over the studio’s sound system, which was designed specifically for warm, extended listening, revealing previously hidden details in their favorite music.

Your cherished records and eclectic music taste deserve more attention, so — hear me out.
