New Year's greetings, everyone!

We've been quiet the last week or so, not just celebrating the season with our families, but also testing out new recipes for sale. While we haven't settled on the next random "for sale", we are perfecting recipes for any requests you may have.

Pictured here are two products we'll definitely work on commission for: Homemade gnocchi and Mexican-inspired chocolate cake.

The gnocchi is hand-rolled dough from whole potatoes and flour, and each individually scored for the hearty but fluffy taste you crave. They're even great for freezing for enjoying in more than one meal!

The chocolate cake has flavors inspired from Central America, combining chocolate, cinnamon, coffee, and even cayenne pepper to bring a palate explosion that is topped with cinnamon buttercream frosting and semi-sweet chocolate chips and is the curiously wonderful way to end a meal.

As we have more products come out of our kitchen, we'll post them here to let you know what we'd love to bake for you.

Greetings, everyone!

I know it's kind of jarring for our longtime followers over the last couple days as we reopened the page unexpectedly and moved 1000 miles away, but let's both reintroduce ourselves to those who knew us in the Mid-Atlantic and welcome our new followers here in Tampa Bay. Our homebase is now in St Petersburg, and we can arrange pickup for anyone within 50 miles – think Brooksville to Davenport to Venice, and practically everything in-between!

I'm Matthew, and with the help of my friend Jim, we're restarting the family business that travelled to festivals all across Pennsylvania and Delaware for many years – the patriarch, Charles, has retired, but I'm here to keep the spirit he baked into his work alive. As our name implies, we were known for our breads and loaves, and we still plan to have them at some point, but right now, we're pivoting to pastries!

As you may have seen, we're doing cinnamon rolls and personal cakes and cupcakes, but we can also make pies, tarts, and other sweets!

Got something you'd like custom? Ask and we'll let you know if we can make that happen and how much. Otherwise, when we bake a batch of something, we'll post it here – first come, first served.

So, welcome to our new followers, and we hope you try our wares soon! And to our long-time fans, we ask you to stick around – you never know when you'll be down here in the Sunshine City or we may be back up there for a special one-off visit!

Also on tonight's menu from our kitchen is a batch of Key Lime cupcakes (the loaf is for us this time). Topped with a key lime glaze and made with real key lime juice from the Keys, these are appropriate for, and a great reminder of, our new base of operations.

The smaller ones are $3 a piece, while the larger ones are $4. Or, if you decide to buy in-bulk, the smaller ones are $6 for 3, while the larger ones are $10 for 3. They're sure to go fast, so DM if interested and for pickup location & payment options!

Our triumphant return, this time relocated to the Sunshine City, has begun with the best cinnamon rolls you'll ever eat. Oozing with cream cheese icing and caramelized heavy cream, these are the most indulgent rolls you'll consume outside of the famous chain purveyor – and as a local business, your purchase stays here in the Bay Area.
