Play Simple Toys first opened in O'Fallon, MO in October of 2011, then the store was relocated to St Peters, MO at 7521 Mexico Rd just about a mile West of Mid Rivers Mall Drive. We have been in the process of converting to collectibles for nearly 2 years. Amazon has really destroyed retail businesses. Covid-19 slow things down significantly the past 15, but out of this, a retail toy store seems to have become very nostalgic. Basically, Play Simple Toys is one of the only remaining such stores. No electronic or battery operated toys, primarily from about birth to 6 years old.
Store Hours: Thurs 10-5, Fri 19-6 and Sat 10-3, all major credit cards accepted, debit or good old fashion cash.
This morning I pulled 4 more huge boxes of new toys out of storage, all are 30% off the normal retail selling price, mostly in the $4.99 to $19.99 price range. Lots of Melissa & Doug, Hape, Blue Orange Games, play food, kitchen items, and many more not mentioned, Check out some of the photos and stop by and have fun going through the boxes. As stuff sells, I will bring over from storage additional toys, something new and different every week.
