Hurry up Spring salad with Black Cherry Balsamic and pecans Granny Smith apples with Gorgonzola cheese...

4 cups spring greens
1/4 C chopped pecans
1/4 C Granny Smith apples thin sliced
1 TBL lemon juice
1/4 C sliced scallions
2 oz Gorgonzola cheese crumbled

Dressing Ingredients:
1 part Pastamore Black Cherry Balsamic
2 parts Olive Oil
1 TBL salt
1/2 Pepper

Directions:
Combine all dressing ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Toss apples in lemon juice to prevent darkening. In a large bowl add greens pecans apples scallions and cheese. Toss well and serve.
