Hey everyone! Just wanted to put some words out to our community to keep you posted. We are almost done with the first phase of our plan. We have an opening date in mind but don't want to get ahead of ourselves, so that is for a later post.
Phase 1 - Revise and eliminate excess inventory and clutter. (We are at the end of this phase)
Phase 2 - Paint, renovate, decorate, acquire new products including the re-introduction of clothing and apparel.
Phase 3 - Introduce a new inventory and point of sale system. Transfer all existing inventory to the new system.
We're getting there but we want to do it right. Stay tuned!!!!!
