Unwind Fiber Art's At a Glance Bags were created out of my desire to visually organize my multiple knitting projects. Out-of-sight/Out-of-mind (OOSOOM) projects easily become UFO's (Unfinished Objects) forgotten about in a closet or tucked into a drawer. Like many knitters, I used plastic Ziploc bags, but wanted something more environmentally friendly. Recently freed from the cubicle life of the c

Guess what?? I have a longarm quilter in my neighbourhood! She popped up on Google maps just when I finished up this quilt top. I brought the fabric with me from Michigan. It was time to get it done before the recipient grew too tall to snuggle under it.

It's been a true pleasure making fun and bright project bags to organize all sorts of projects for delightful knitters, crocheters amd spinners. I appreciate all the kind words you have sent my way and being At a Glance Bag ambassadors. Making bags was a delightful season in my life and a bridge to new beginnings. Let's have a cheer for wool! I put a vintage wool sweater into service for my morning walks and am finding it delightful.
Knit/crochet/spin early and often ....we are losing an hour of knit/crochet/spin time this weekend.
