There’s a difference between a brand who thinks they know what you want and hopes you’ll buy and one that asks you what you’re looking for and actually listens. That’s huge!!

When they say co-creation…..they meeeeean CO-CREATION!

Im no designer but this community truly makes me believe I can’t do anything. Even submit, along with all these bad ass women, our ideas and the chance to bring to life our visions even more than they already do!

Not much snow at snow canyon this time of year❄️🏜 sometimes you get that zion tunnel vision and miss beautiful places like this. Explored old lava caves and took advantage of nature’s sauna in St George with these amazing women last month.

All while building a business that launches this week!! I’m so grateful that a simple and scared “yes” from me opened up my life in so many more ways than I could ever imagine🤗❤️ mindset is everything! I used to think people were ridiculous and spouting impossible bs when they said “you can do anything you want to,” and now I realize how true that is and how much power I have over my life and if I don’t like something I can CHANGE it! So can you❤️

💙Yes the first thing I criticized about this picture was my body
💙Yes I am working on loving my body as it is from the inside out
💙Yes my lack of workout motivation has been dialed up extra high these past couple weeks
💙Yes I struggled through the workout and almost didn’t finish
💙Yes our bodies are amazing vessels for us to live life in
💙Yes I am grateful for my vessel
💙Yes I have to constantly remind myself of that all the time
💙Yes I am still extremely self conscious about this picture but
💙No I will not let my self criticism keep me from showing up and being REAL.
