January are in despite me being a little late this month! Median sales price topped $500k for the first time 🤯 and inventory continues to plummet again. With interest rates rising over the next few months, I’m interested to see what effect, if any, that has on home prices considering the supply is so low. Either way, Southern Utah continues to be in high demand and I don’t anticipate that changing.
