Working on a new pendant idea... I saw a short on YouTube a few days ago and it was showing clips of a tutorial for a single bead pendant very similar to this one, however I cant find the video now! So I have recreated what I think i saw lol
This lovely little one is a Rhodochrosite bead wrapped in fine copper. It is not complete, and will have some additional copper beads added, but I wanted to share because its my first "fidget" piece!! ❤️✨️
If I can manage to find the original video I will absolutely give credit to the original artist!! 😊

Cute little sunflower pendant made with copper and a glass bead, for my son's teacher.

This year my son had his first strict teacher. He is in the 4th grade. My son is a sweetie. He goes above and beyond to be kind to everyone, and quickly becomes a favorite of his teachers. He gets all the praise each year.
Well this year was a bit different. This teacher didn't coddle him, and treated him the same as all the other kids regardless of his charm lol. And boy he did NOT like that!!
But something happened in the 3rd quarter. He stopped assuming his teacher didn't like him and started actually paying attention to her mannerisms. It turns out she adored him, but she is a strict teacher and that praise was limited.
In the end, Eugene loves his teacher and figured out her favorite flower so he could ask me to make her something to remember him. Tomorrow is her last day of teaching. She is retiring after 37 years of teaching. ❤️🌻🥰
