6 Mile Outpost Weekly Update
This week has been focused on a lot of important behind-the-scenes progress as we continue preparing the site for the next major phases of construction.

Crews are finalizing security wiring and electrical Smurf pipe throughout the building, while also preparing to pour the curbs around the property. We also poured the concrete for the front porch, marking another visible step forward.

Work continues on the fire suppression system, including preparations for the installation of a 75,000-gallon cistern that will serve the building’s fire protection needs. The main water line has been run, and we are getting ready to begin construction of the pump house that will support the fire suppression system.

Looking ahead, we are excited to see the front glass installed over the next couple of weeks. Once the building is secured, we will be able to begin internal framing and continue bringing the Outpost to life.

6 Mile Outpost Weekly Update

This week, crews have started working on the fire suppression system and running low voltage conduits throughout the building.

Work is also continuing on the front of the building and patio area as those sections begin coming together. Behind the building, crews are digging for sewer and water lines as we prepare for the next phase, including pump installation and connecting the fire suppression sprinklers.

A lot of behind the scenes progress is happening right now as we continue moving forward step by step.

From the beginning to now.

It’s been exciting to look back and see how much progress has been made over the last few months. From clearing the site in January to getting the roof structure up in May, things have really started coming together piece by piece.

We appreciate everyone following along through each phase of the process and can’t wait to continue sharing the progress ahead.

6 Mile Outpost Weekly Update

The roof is now completely dried in, and the front porch posts have officially been delivered. Crews have also begun connecting the patio trusses to the main structure.

You can now really start to see the full height of the building and how the front of the property is going to come together.

We’re looking forward to getting inside soon and moving into the next phase with interior framing and more detailed work throughout the building.

6 Mile Outpost Weekly Update 4/27–5/1

The roof is now fully dried in, with the protective layer in place across the structure.

This week, crews are focused on leveling out the parking lot area and getting the porch beams installed so roofing can begin on the porch.

Steady progress as everything continues to come together.

6 Mile Outpost Weekly Update 4/20-4/25

Roof trusses are now fully up and installed, with the exception of the patio area where we are waiting on wood beams for the porch.

Plywood is currently being placed on the roof, and the protective layer that goes underneath the final roofing is being installed.

On the site side, both drain fields have been completed, grease lines are in, and excess dirt has been hauled away.

Things are moving along as the structure continues coming together piece by piece.

Roof trusses are now going up as we move into the next phase of construction. Crews will be taking their time with this step to make sure everything is properly set and secured.

After this, we’ll move toward getting the roof on and the building fully enclosed.
