Due to 'unforseen circumstances' For2itious band will not be performing at tomorrow's celebration, however stepping up to the plate will be our hometown sweetheart....the incomparable 'SHAYLA NELSON' 🩵 Come rain or shine she will be gracing us with her beauty and talents from 1-2pm of which she'll be performing her new singles 'Pledge' and 'Stargazing' off her forthcoming album along with other original tracks and covers. She will perform inside the shop so the rain cant chase away this pretty face, so stop by and enjoy our store wide sale, live music, and friends as we celebrate the honor of being including in the 'The Best in Jax' 2026 readers pole for runner up for best Record shop. This Saturday we are throwing a big sale and concert to say THANK YOU for voting us runner up for best record shop in the Jacksonville Magazine's best of 2026 readers pole. What a honor it is coming from the people. We've put so much hard work into the shop over the years, so to know how much you appreciate what we do means everything to me..There will be a store wide sale all day for you ranging from 10-40% off , and we'll have two live performances with a meet n greet in between sets by 'For2itous' as they promote there new album release exclusively available here at MMR. We will also have some of the bes BBQ in town set up outside as well, so come on by and celebrate with us as its YOU who's allowed this to even be possible. Hope to see you then.
