They include many widely used culinary and medicinal herbs, such as sweet basil, garden mint, rosemary, garden sage, marjoram, oregano and English thyme. Also included are arugula, anise hyssop, chives dill, garlic, sorrel, savory, Italian parsley, lavender, lemon balm, peppermint, spearmint, grapefruit mint, apple mint, pineapple mint, chocolate mint, curly mint, orange mint, , Kentucky colonel mint, ginger mint, turmeric, tarragon, and various edible flowers. Need a showy climber for your fence to give you privacy? Frangipani vines will do the trick! They have 12-inch leaves and bloom fragrant flowers during the warmer months. These will drop their leaves and go dormant during frost, but they will come back. Plant in full sun for the best show, but part-sun is okay, too.
