NEW EQUIPMENT DELIVERY 🚨
Post vacation I came back to our current printers print head being damaged. I’ve been troubles shooting that during the day while ordering new equipment. Ive already been super busy leading up to this and truthfully its been draining me physically and mentally.
There isn’t 2 of me and I can’t clone myself to catchup or to do everything that needs to be done in a day. It’s especially impossible when the equipment you pay a large amount of money for isn’t functioning properly.
These last few months have been testing me in ways I didn’t see coming, unfortunate event after unfortunate event. I’ve been just working long hours in efforts to steer the ship.
Our new printer has now been delivered and we will await the technician for setup and to get it up and running!
I ask for patience the next couple of weeks because I’m already playing a little catchup, I have to make room for this new printer, I’m still working on the old one… but boy I can’t wait to be fully functional again. I will be keeping this machine under warranty for as long as possible to avoid ever having to deal with this stress of coming in to things not working how they should when you rely on them heavily for your business.
I can’t say any of this without adding a thank you to all the customers for even making this possible. Like I said it’s been very stressful and testing the last few months especially. I’m hoping this will help relieve the stress in this business a bit to make it enjoyable again for me.
Stay tuned to our posts to see when our new printer is up in action and when we are back to being 100%. Our plan is to use our old printer for smaller jobs, same day printing and things of that nature! The new printer will be used for our bulk clientele.
Also thanks for helping me get this in the shop while picking up an order.
