What an incredible few days in Oakhurst! ❤️

I came to California for a team retreat, and as I look through these pictures, I realize how little of the story is actually about the projects we made.

Yes, there was LOTS of crafting. 😂✂️ We scrapbooked, shared ideas, learned from each other and probably brought far more supplies than any human being could possibly need.

But there was also time spent by the water, exploring this beautiful area, laughing with friends, meeting people I’d only known from afar, and simply enjoying being together.

And THAT is one of the things I love most about this creative journey. Somewhere along the way, people who share a love of paper, stamps and scrapbooking become friends. ❤️

I’m leaving the retreat with new ideas, new memories, new friendships—and a very full heart.

And apparently the little sign we were holding had it exactly right…

Making Memories. 💙

But the California adventure isn't over yet! Next stop: Yosemite! 🏔️ Then I’m off to spend a few days with Erin before heading home on Friday.

There are still a few more memories to make. ❤️

What a wonderful Beautiful Ordinary Life Creative Day! 💕✂️

We spent the day creating, chatting, laughing, and turning lots of pretty paper into some beautiful scrapbook pages. I love seeing everyone put their own little touches on their projects—and even more, I love the friendships that happen around these tables. 🥰

And apparently, our creativity had a few curious little spectators checking in from upstairs. 😂
