Tupelo on 4th Tupelo on 4th is a mosaic of art, fashion, jewelry, unique gifts, natural products . Our spirited boutique/gallery/studio is the vision of artist Melissa Haist.

Wishing to give a platform for brand name merchants and creatives to showcase and sell their work, she renovated a charming two-story, Key West style bungalow on a brick paved street in the quaint bayside town of Safety Harbor, FL. Complete with a welcoming front porch and a classic gazebo, Tupelo is a haven for lovers of the inspired. Guests spend time enjoying a wide array of innovative gift ite

ms from unique product lines courtesy of Natural Life, BioCoffee, BlueQ, Snoozies, creative co-op, Primitives by Kathy; to name a few. The vision for the shop will continue to grow based on the interests of its visitors and the artistic influences of our eclectic mix. Tupelo on 4th also holds mosaic art classes and will begin a community mosaic bench project beginning in November of 2020

About the Artist

Melissa’s love for mosaics began when she spent her junior year of college studying in Seville, Spain. Besides being moved by the amazingly warm and wonderful people, she was forever changed by the landscape of color the art of mosaics brought to the floors, walls, tables, chairs, counter tops, dishes, driveways, buildings, and parks. The beautiful tile seemed to move and tell stories of their own just by the way they were laid, mixed, matched, and used all together. The artistry captured under one roof at Tupelo is a mosaic; a microcosm of diversity coming together to create one exceptional work. We welcome you to take part in our collective experience.
