INDIE BOOKSTORE DAY! I'm sure you've seen a million of these posts from all the other great bookstores in town, but here's one more! Join us next weekend for an epic bookstore crawl across all 14 participating Sacramento bookstores.

The Sacramento Book Festival is happening Sunday at the Scottish Rite Masonic Center in East Sac, at Carlson and H Street just north of the Sac State campus. And it's FREE!

Come on down for:

--Children's Book readings and a Kid's Zone

This event includes a moderated discussion between three authors all about worldbuilding. Their inspirations, their worldbuilding processes and what they find most compelling about our favorite fictional worlds. Authors on the panel: ZL Coffman, Russell Carroll, and Thomas Asher.

This will be an open chat with lots of time for questions with the audience. If you're a big fan of high fantasy worlds, D&D, warhammer, Jurassic Park or the Southern Reach, then this is the event for you!

Admission is free, but we encourage you to learn about and consider buying copies of each author's books. Book Signing with authors available.
