Starting today — I’ll be adding Return/Refund Policy stickers to all orders.

Of course, if anything arrives damaged (whether it got ruined in transit, or I missed a hole from the manufacturer) please message me within 5 Business Days of receiving your order!

If you contact me outside of that time frame, unfortunately a return/refund will not be available to you. Please consider the time it takes and the money it costs me to create your items. I cannot help you if you message me months after receiving an item… way too many factors go into how it got to “said” point in that time frame and I cannot be responsible for that.

I also include Tee Shirt Washing Instructions and Care Instructions on all my items. Please follow these the best you can to ensure your products are lasting you the longest. Same care instructions as any big name items you buy on the shelf in stores.

I always appreciate you shopping with me and supporting my small business and I try to go above and beyond to get you exactly what you need.

Going forward, I am going to L I M I T the amount of custom orders I take in. If I have worked with you in the past for big bulk orders — you are already approved for Customs. Too much room for error when I stray away from my vendors that I love and trust!
