❤️ In Memory of Grandma Johnson ❤️

This week at **Kari’s Sip & Shop**, I’ll be serving a special drink in memory of my Grandma Johnson. 🥤❤️

Grandma didn’t get to enjoy very many dirty sodas, but the few times she did, she kept it simple:

🥤 **Dr Pepper**
🤍 **Vanilla Cold Foam**

So this week, you can order **“Grandma Johnson’s”** — a Dr Pepper topped with Vanilla Cold Foam — in her memory. ❤️

But I also wanted to do something that represents another very special part of who my grandma was.

🐾 **Grandma had such a HUGE heart for animals.**

She was always rescuing stray cats and giving them a safe, loving place to call home. She was even the person who would stop alongside the road when she saw an animal that had been hit, just to gently move it out of the roadway so it wouldn’t continue to be run over. That was Grandma. ❤️ She cared—even when no one else was watching.

She utilized the **Sac Veterinary Clinic** often over the years while caring for the animals she loved, and I truly feel this is something she would be so happy to support.

🐾 **Throughout the week, we will be accepting donations for the Sac Veterinary Clinic in memory of Grandma Johnson.**

There is absolutely no obligation to donate. But if Grandma’s story touches your heart and you’d like to give, even a dollar or two, we would be incredibly grateful. At the end, the donations will be given to the clinic **in her honor.** ❤️🐾

So come have a **Grandma Johnson’s**, help us remember a woman with one of the biggest hearts, and maybe help an animal along the way.

❤️ Kari's Sip & Shop Hours This Week ❤️

This week is going to look a little different for us.

With the passing of my beautiful grandma, I am going to try my hardest to be here during the days and times listed below. However, if something comes up and I need to be with my family, I may need to close or adjust our hours. I promise I will post an update as soon as I can if that happens.

This Week's Hours:

🕊️ Monday: CLOSED
🛍️ Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🛍️ Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🛍️ Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
🛍️ Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
🛍️ Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Thank you all for your patience, grace, and understanding as our family walks through yet another incredibly difficult loss, so soon after losing my Mom. 💔

Family is where I need to be when I'm needed right now, and I am so thankful to have customers and a community who understand that.

Your kindness, prayers, messages, and continued support of Kari's Sip & Shop mean more to me and my family than I could ever put into words.

❤️ Kari’s Sip & Shop Will Be Closed Today ❤️

Due to a family situation, I will be keeping the store closed today so I can be where I need to be—with my family.

Sometimes life reminds us that everything else can wait. Right now, my family needs me, and I need them. ❤️

I appreciate your understanding, patience, and especially your prayers during this time. They mean more than you know.

I will keep everyone updated on store hours as the days ahead unfold.

My heart is feeling extra heavy tonight. ❤️

Our family is walking through another difficult season, and while the details aren't mine to share, I believe so deeply in the power of prayer.

So tonight, I'm simply asking my friends and family to send a few extra prayers our way. 🙏

Prayers for comfort when things feel overwhelming.
Peace in the moments that are hard to understand.
Strength for the hearts that are hurting.
And so much love to surround the people who need it most. ❤️

Sometimes we don't need the right words or all the answers. Sometimes we just need to know that others are quietly lifting us up in prayer.

If you have an extra prayer to give tonight, our family could certainly use it. 🙏❤️

God knows exactly who and exactly what it's for.
