When bringing in deer trim to be processed please make sure meat is in clear Ziploc bags. No trash bags, no scented bags, no grocery bags. Meat must be cleaned with no hair, grass, dirt and any other stuff that is not meat. Either the meat will be rejected or a cleaning charge will be applied. Thank you

The Meat Wagon is rolling into the Dutch Festival in Edgerton, Minnesota! 🇳🇱🚚

This is our first time bringing the trailer to this event, and we’re already soaking up all the fun, flavor, and festivities!

We’re learning how they do it down here—and let me tell you, it’s a blast! 🙌
