Hello MMW, I’m throwing this idea out....if anyone is interested in purchasing the remaining stock please send me a private message by Friday June 29th with an offer. I have someone who’s interested in buying the stock but it would require me packing it all up and shipping it out of state, something I prefer not to do as my family and I are currently trying to pack and move. Please no low ball offers and private message me the offers. The payments could be made over a short period of time with a non-refundable deposit. And naturally, you wouldn’t get all the items until you’ve paid the balance on full. But as payments are made you would get some items based on payment amount. Again, please contact me by this Friday June, 29th with your offer. Here are some pics of what’s left. Thank you all for the wonderful memories!

The price is $3500 or best offer and I would give priority to local pickup and packing up. Items located in Royal Oak Michigan - ultimately they need to be gone before July 1st. As you can see there’s thousands of dollars worth of items left. So very, very much. I have someone interested but they are out of state and this would require me boxing and shipping and I really don’t want take on that task. We (me and my family) are moving ourselves and I have waaay too much going on—lol! I want to thank you all so very much for your love and support.

Hello MMW Fans, First a huge thank you for coming out to the Estate Sale. I know my mom was smiling and laughing. I'd also like to share with you how wonderful I felt Ashes to Beauty Estate Sales Services did to make the sale stress-free and a success for me and my sister.

I feel like it was a little bit of fate that brought me to Ashes to Beauty Estate Sales Services. Sue and her team did a better job than I could have imagined. Long story short....they didn't just careful handle my mom's items, which were 45 plus years of antiques and collectibles, they also helped to sell leftover inventory from her store (Miniature Makers Workshop) that I had to close after her passing away. They were respectful, very thoughtful on how difficult a time this was, very hard working, funny and put all their energy into the sale. They were truly working day and night for me and my sister. I'm by nature a bit skeptical, but they far exceeded my expectations. I wouldn't hesitate to call them if you want the stress of dealing with an estate sale off your shoulders. They do it ALL and are flawless in their work, communication and staging. CALL THEM, you will not be disappointed. Thank you all for everything.

My sister and I would like to thank you all for your wonderful support of this very special estate sale over the past few days! Tomorrow (Saturday June 23rd) is the last day of the estate sale and Miniature Makers Workshop sale. Get there early to stock up—when will you have another opportunity to save this much $$$? Wallpaper galore, wood, lamps, tons of pewter, small items like food, etc. and there is still more to purchase from my moms personal items.

I'm guessing everyone is getting ready for the sale today?? This is it..... absolutely the last time there will be any sale of MMW stock. Pre-sale of dollhouse items only today Wednesday June 20th from 3pm to 7pm. Tomorrow, Thursday June 21st is the start of the entire estate sale at 10am and the sale will run until Saturday June 23rd. Hope you can make it out.

I have some VERY EXCITING NEWS! The staff at Ashes to Beauty Estate Sales has a very special sneak peak shopping afternoon for all the Miniature Makers Workshop customers. This is a pre-sale before all the dollhouse items are open to the public on Thursday.

JOIN THEM ON WEDNESDAY JUNE, 20th from 3pm to 7pm.

****Once again, a quick reminder that the dollhouse items are located in my a portion of moms basement, if you have physical restrictions and cannot walk stairs safely, please keep this in mind that the basement and stairs are not handicap friendly.

****Also, please remember to bring a ruler/measuring tape so you know the size of the items, etc. It's going to be a much smaller shopping area that you guys are use to back at the shop so please, be patient with one another--it tight very quarters :)

****The staff of Ashes to Beauty will be there to assist with your purchases and answer questions, but please remember they do not have knowledge of dollhouse detailed questions like: specific glues to use, electrical wiring, repairs, wood, wallpaper adhesives, flooring, and repairs, etc.

****ONLY dollhouse items are available at the pre-sale. The other estate items will NOT be available for purchase until the next day. Sorry, no exceptions.
