Memorial Day Monday 🇺🇸

We’re open our regular hours today (7-4) Stop in for a made-to-order breakfast sandwich, fresh‑baked favorites, festive Flag Pies, Strawberry Shortcake Minis, and a cold Dygert’s Lemonade to toast the start of summer.

Wishing everyone a safe and peaceful Memorial Day as we honor those who served.

We are located west of Schenectady at 661 River Rd - directly across from Rotterdam Kiwanis Park & the Mohawk-Hudson Bike/Hike Trail on Rt 5S. Exit 1A off of 890 or Exit 26/1A off of the Thruway (toward Rotterdam Junction.).

A bright, juicy mix of 5 fruits (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, rhubarb & apples) tucked into our buttery hand‑crimped crusts. Sweet, tart, rustic, and absolutely gorgeous fresh out of the oven.

Hummingbird Cake Slices
