Update;
The final tournament of the year is scheduled for December 19. Originally we were going to do it on the 12th but we have moved it to Saturday, December 19.
Launches from Gatewood ramp, entry fee $65 plus $10 for big fish pot. Lines in 7:10am-Lines out 1:00pm. Pay, and pick up measuring board the morning of at Gatewood ramp. We will be on site at 615am with measuring boards. MUST be back at ramp by 1:30pm to claim 💰 or DISQUALIFIED.

Fish in this picture weighed 19lb 3oz, caught this week. Allatoona is fishing good right now, get out and join us for the last tournament of the year!!

Reelin and Healing” 2020 was a huge success!! Had an amazing group of veterans and active servicemen that showed up from Connecticut, Mississippi, Florida, and Georgia to fish and enjoy each other’s company. Can’t say enough about the time we all had together! I am extremely proud of what we have created and the group of brothers that have come from it. I left the lake Saturday evening with a full heart and tears of joy in my eye from the experience of being with these guys and seeing them interact with each other. We are FAMILY!! Big thanks to Mik Todd, Joseph Martinelli, River Fishing Adventure, and The Dugout Bait & Tackle for all your help.

Hey guys our 2nd annual “Reelin and Healin” Veterans fishing event is coming up this October 16th and 17th and we could use your help!! The weekend creates an opportunity for camaraderie, healing, and personal development. All of our attendees are working through the difficult costs of war including: ptsd, addiction, anxiety, depression, and family separation. This weekend provides them an opportunity to connect and heal. We are raising funds to provide food, housing, chartered boats, personal development and travel.
