Some people come into your life at exactly the right time—and become part of your story in ways they may never fully realize.

For the past few years, while navigating the beautiful, messy, heartbreaking, and healing seasons of life (and death), one constant has been .

Every month, I carve out an hour and a half for myself—a rare gift as a small business owner, mom, and human trying to hold it all together. That time is spent on her table, receiving a deep tissue massage that somehow manages to heal both my body and my spirit. Every single time, I leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more capable of facing whatever comes next.

She has helped me through some of the hardest seasons of my life, often without even realizing it.

I am beyond grateful for her talent, her heart, and her friendship. To know her is a gift. To be cared for by her is an even bigger one.
