- Post items you would like to sell on this page and once you have an interested buyer, drop your product off at our secure location for a $5 fee.
- The buyer will pay a $2 fee for every day the item sits at our location for storage.
- As the seller you will take your item to the building and fill out an envelope with your address and fill out a slip of paper with all of the information on who
and when the buyer will be coming and how much to collect.
- If the buyer comes to purchase your product within 24 hours they pay the amount agreed upon with the seller.
- The money goes into the envelope and can be picked up or mailed to the seller.
- If the item is not purchased within 24 hours then the buyer must pay $2 per day to keep the item at our location.
- If the buyer comes to our location and is not satisfied with the item they would like to purchase, the seller will be notified to come and get it their item or pay $2 a day to store their item while they find another buyer.
- After 20 days the seller must forfeit the item and will have the option to sign a waiver at the time of drop off indicating that they will donate their item to purple heart, easter seals, etc.
- We schedule pick ups at the building for purple heart to come once a month. Macomb Swap, Drop & Consignment Rules:
1. Please do not comment on a post if you are not 100% interested in purchasing.
2. Do not sell or re-home animals.
3. Macomb Swap, Drop & Consignment is swapping at our secure location. It is the buyers responsibility to check out the items you are interested in before you leave our swapping location. All sales are final!
4. No weapons of any kind allowed.
5. No baby formula or baby food, we will not accept it.
6. All items for sale must have a set price they would like to sell their item for.. no "make an offer" or "price is negotiable".
7. After your item is sold, you must delete your post.
