After 14 wonderful years serving the Roseville community, I have made the difficult decision to close The Strum Shop. Our final day of business will be July 31, 2026.

This decision was not made lightly. After much prayer, review, and consideration, I have concluded that it is time to bring this chapter to a close.

Between now and July 31, we will continue operating as normal. Lessons will continue through the end of July, repairs will be completed, and we will be working closely with teachers and students to help ensure a smooth transition so that lessons may continue at another lesson studio.

Following July 31st, remaining inventory and equipment will continue to be offered online during the liquidation process.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to our customers, students, teachers, repair technicians, vendors, friends, and supporters. For 14 years, it has been an incredible privilege to help people discover and enjoy the gift of music. We have watched students take their first lessons, families make music together, and lifelong musicians find instruments they love. Those memories will remain with me forever.

I am especially grateful to the many teachers who have invested countless hours into the lives of their students and helped make The Strum Shop what it has been.

In the coming weeks, we will share additional information regarding lessons, inventory, consignments, and other transition details.

Thank you, Roseville, for allowing The Strum Shop to be part of your lives. Your support, friendship, and encouragement have meant more than I can adequately express.
