Since 1977, The Bean Shack has been using cast-iron cauldrons over a wood-burning fire pit to slowly smoke our beloved ham and beans to perfection. Served with sweet cornbread, this Indiana Fall favorite has been comforting palates from all over the world during the Covered Bridge Festival in Bridgeton, Indiana.
