We are a well known event rental company that provides rentals and setup of equipment for Parties, Festivals, Weddings, Dance Competitions and many other events around Chicagoland. The company provides tents, tables, chairs, dance floors, stages, dishes and many other types of party rental equipment. The equipment we set up is anything from huge tents and stages to delivering a few tables and chairs for a small party. Customer satisfaction is a huge part of our success and we look forward to creating amazing events for our customers.

We are looking for labor oriented people that like to work outdoors and enjoy installing equipment. Must be friendly, professional, polite, have a positive attitude as well as a solution finding mindset.

Employees deliver and set up different types of event equipment. A typical day starts at our warehouse where we will pull orders and load the truck for the day. The crews will then drive to various locations delivering and setting up event equipment. They will then return to the location and pick up the equipment after the event has taken place. No two events are the same

The driver’s helpers will work as a team to carry and set up/take down the event equipment. They are responsible for making sure the equipment is set up correctly and maintain or clean the equipment if needed.

We will help train and teach how to set up the equipment and daily tasks. Employees will generally be working with crews of 2-3 people and up to 10-20 depending on the event. When the truck arrives at the customer site we will carry their order to the desired location and start set up. The labor aspect can be physically demanding and rewarding.

Our customer’s events take place at many different venues including residential homes, banquet halls, businesses, Parks and forest preserves, ect. all over the Chicagoland area.

Events take place during many different times but we typically work Monday – Friday and sometimes Saturdays and Sundays.


Requirements:
Must be reliable and punctual.
Able to lift over 60 pounds.
Speak basic English.

They are also responsible for contacting and communicating with the customer. They will make sure the equipment is delivered correctly and set up to the customers standards. Make sure all ordered equipment is delivered on time and make sure inventory is taken when we pick it up to ensure that all equipment is accounted for.
